About this hunt
The greatest reservation a hunter has regarding game ranch is the fair chase concept, Most of our animals have lived their whole lives on the property and know its bounderies and hiding places, escape routes and hide in the deep canyons and heavy tree cover. Hunting area consists of pine covered hills and canyons with lots of cover, No state license or permit is required. We will haul game from hunting area to a walking cooler here on the ranch, you have the option from there to have us skin, gut and process the meat, or you may do it yourself breaking it down into your coolers at no charge.

Great Cow Elk Hunt
Ron and his family were excellent hosts and I couldn’t be happier with the hunt. I made a shot on a quality cow elk and Ron and his crew were very efficient in processing the game. The ranch had a variety of game and when we weren’t hunting we were able to relax, view the wildlife and enjoy some fine cooking. Both my buddy and I were successful and we are each finding the elk to be delicious. The price was excellent for everything that was included, I am very thankful for the good memories and hospitality.
As a new hunter this meat hunt fulfilled everything I expected to get my first elk!

Great time with great people
I really enjoyed how hospitable and welcoming Ron and his family were. They cooked for me made me feel like family. The hunt was much better than expected! Since it’s high fence I was worried about it not being fair chase, but I was wrong!! Ron did everything he could to make sure I had a great experience and processed my animal super quick.

Ron and Kelly are wonderful hosts! 100% shot opportunity 2 of us connected the first day and got to enjoy a wonderful side trip to Badlans National Park and Mt Rushmore while they processed our harvest.
I didn’t budget enough to take advantage of the other species available. Can’t wait to return for a Fallow Buck!
